Arranging a Funeral

We understand that arranging a funeral can be incredibly daunting. Our experienced and compassionate team will guide you through every stage of the process and ensure you make the right choices. We will fully advise you on all available options and help you organise a funeral that truly reflects and pays tribute to the person that has passed. Whether you opt for a simple or elaborate funeral you can be sure that we will offer every option and provide a sensitive and comprehensive service.

Cremation or Burial
This is an entirely personal decision and we understand the need to respect the wishes of a loved one. Whether you opt for cremation or burial we will explain every detail, including pricing structures.

Coffins
We have a wide selection of coffins that offer various styles and costs. Many people find choosing a casket very difficult so we provide a beautifully finished coffin that will suit all needs.

Flowers
We are proud to work with our dedicated local florist, Julie’s Flowers. Julie offers a range of beautiful floral tributes and will help you choose the flowers that reflect your personal tastes.

Donations
You may wish to have donations collected in memory of your loved one. If so, we are happy to arrange collection during the service. We will then pass the donations on to you or pay them directly to the charity of your choice. All donation handling is provided free of charge.

Vehicles
We have a selection of beautiful limousines including silver and traditional black. Each of our vehicles is kept in optimal condition and seats up to 7 people. Furthermore, we will take you to the address of your choosing following the service.

Chapel of Rest
Our chapel of rest is available at no additional cost should you wish to spend time with your loved one. You are welcome to visit the chapel for as long as you wish during normal office hours. If you need to visit outside of these hours, we will be happy to arrange an appointment.

Minister or Celebrant
Whether you opt for a religious or secular service there are several ministers and civil celebrants available. Alternatively, we can officiate for you if this is your preference.

Catering
As part of our comprehensive service we can organise catering on your behalf. We work closely with local establishment, the Royal Queen that offers a beautifully finished room, a choice of menus and an excellent standard of service.
