Rest in Peace our beautiful Angel

Born 21st May 1962 – passed away 18th September 2024
Julie passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family and friends after her battle with cancer.
Julie was born in Grantham,
Julie started an apprenticeship at Yvonnes on New beacon Road, where she qualified as a hairdresser.
Julie was a hairdresser throughout her life and loved her job. She had 2 salons in Grantham one on Denton Av Blades for 20 years and one on New Beacon Rd Blades Two (her old apprenticeship shop) for 5 years.
Julie married Kevin Bennett on the 21st June 1986 and had a wonderful life travelling to warm places especially Cyprus her favourite place
Julie and Kevin renewed their vows after 25 years in Julie’s favourite place, Cyprus (Northern).
Julies funeral will be held on Friday 25th October at 4.30pm at Grantham Crematorium please wear bright colours. This will be followed by a celebration of Julies life because as we all know Julie loved a PARTY, and that’s exactly what she wanted. This will be held at Grantham Refectory from 5.30pm.Our hearts ache as we have had to say goodbye to a remarkable woman who has been a true mother figure to me. We were like two peas in a pod and shared so many similarities in character and nature.

Thank you for the countless memories we shared and all of the fun and positivy. You faced every challenge with such grace and strength, you will forever inspire me.

You could always light up the room with your presence and you brought smiles, laughter, and pure joy to everyone you met You will be deeply missed, but your legacy of love will continue to shine brightly within us all.

Your kindness, widsom, love, guidance, and unwavering support have shaped my life in ways I can’t fully express.
Your warmth and spirit will live on in my heart forever!

As hard as it is for all of us to try and accept you are no longer with us, and you didn’t want to go.
I do hope you’ve found peace and comfort now, free from suffering. I will forever cherish the love you shared with me and i am truly blessed to have shared a part in your life.

Surrounded by her devoted family at home after the longest battle so bravely fought on the 16th September 2024, aged 74 years.Dearly loved and greatly missed wife to Roger, Loving mum to Rachael & Roy and mum in law to Justin, The proudest Grandma to Oliver, Charlotte, Livia & Chloe.

Funeral service to take place at Grantham Crematorium on Tuesday 1st October 2024 at 12:30pm, Bright colours to be worn please if attending the service, family flowers only please, donations in memory of Freda are being collected for the work of St Barnabas Hospice & The Donkey Sanctuary and can be given on the day.

Passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family on the 15th August 2024, aged 75 years, after a long battle bravely borne.

Much loved husband to Janice, Loving dad to Andrew & Jason, a dearly loved Grandad, a missed brother to Martin, Nora, Christine, Bridget, Patsy and Sharon and all the extended family and many friends.

Funeral service to take place at All Saints Church Barrowby on Monday 23rd September 2024 at 11:30am followed by burial in Barrowby Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Pete are being collected for the work of Marie Curie and can be given on the day.

Andy passed peacefully at Lincoln county hospital with his loving wife Ruth by his side on the 1st September 2024 aged 57 years. Doting Dad to Jamie, Sharna, Lauren, Liam, Steve, Jamie and Beth. Amazing Grandad to Bobby, Sienna, Theoden and Baby A.

“Going to be greatly missed by all that knew him.”

Funeral service to take place at Grantham crematorium on Thursday 26th September at 1.30. Please casual wear to be worn no suiting and booting.

Peacefully surrounded by her devoted family at home on the 26th August 2024 aged 70 years.
Dearly loved and greatly missed wife to Maurice, The most incredible mum to Sharon, Sarah, Paula, Carol, Tommy, Trina & Michaela, The proudest Nan to her 14 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren, greatly loved sister to Margaret, Pat, Ann, Ian & Andrew, and all the extended family and friends.

Jim was surrounded by his loving daughters Laura & Emily as he passed on the 19th August aged 68 years. Loving Grandad to Harley, Toby, Jenson, Freddy and Oliviana.

Shake passed peacefully at Lincoln hospital on the 13th August 2024 aged 60 years surrounded by his loved ones. He will be greatly missed by all his loving family and many friends. His boys the cats Sox and Eddie are missing him dearly.

Funeral service to take place at Grantham crematorium on Friday the 13th September at 11.30 am. Donations in memory of Shake are being collected for the work of Macmillan and the cats protection league and can be given on the day.

Passed Suddenly and very unexpected on the 4th August 2024 aged 43 years.

Dearly loved husband to Carla, Loving Dad to Luke and Alia, dearly loved son to Graham, John & Sue, loved brother to Lisa and Carl, a loving uncle to Sebastian, Pierson, Sydnee, Ava, Finn & Tarwin.

Passed peacefully at Lincoln County Hospital on the 8th August 2024 aged 89 years. Reunited with John (Gilly) Loving mum to Michael, Malcolm & Terry. Loved mum in law to Margaret & Debbie, much loved Grandma to her 4 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

Passed after a long illness bravely borne at home surrounded by his devoted family on the 6th August 2024 aged 76 years.
