Known for being a big fella, with an even bigger personality – He touched so many lives and always put others before himself. He will be truly missed by so, so many.

Funeral service to take place at Grantham Crematorium on Thursday 21st November at 12:30pm.Family flowers only please – donations in memory of Conrad are being collected for Winston’s Wish, a charity that helps children, teenagers and young adults find their feet when their worlds are turned upside down by grief.

Steve Alexander

It is with sadness we say goodbye to Steve who passed away on Sunday 13th October with Lynda and Liam by his side.


Steve was a much loved husband to Lynda, dad to Liam, father-in-law to Amy, and grandad to George and Lizzie. He touched the lives of so many people over his lifetime, and we know many people will miss his ready sense of humour and deep love for his family and friends.

Tom Davidson

Passed away peacefully but suddenly at home on 7th October 2024 aged 81 years.He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his wife of 53 years, Jean, his children Mark, Claire and Helen, Grandchildren Cameron, Tasha, Ben, Tyler and Emily and all of his extended family.

Funeral will be held at Grantham Crematorium on Monday 4th November at 11.30am.Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Tom are being collected for British Heart Foundation and can be given on the day.

Barbara Mendham

We bid farewell to Barbara, who passed away peacefully on October 7th, aged 89, with her family by her side.

Barbara was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose warmth and sense of fun brought joy to everyone who knew her. She had an encyclopaedic knowledge of plants, reflecting her deep connection to nature, both in the UK and in Australia.

Her strong family ties to Australia were evident in her frequent travels there, where she cultivated many lasting friendships. Barbara’s love for the natural world was matched only by her love for her family, who will deeply miss her.

We will hold on to the memories and the love she shared with us all. Grief is the price we all pay for love, and Barbara will forever remain in our hearts.

Barbara’s funeral will take place at 12.30pm on Thursday 7th November 2024 at Grantham crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Barbara are being collected for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, and can be given on the day.

Ken was an all around good guy and put himself out for so many others. He hosted many a village party in Ingoldsby and greeted 1’000s of guests in our home at both Halloween and Christmas. June was the dearly loved and greatly missed wife of Graham, the most incredible mum to Martin, and a cherished Nannie to Louise, Ihyran, Charlie, and Alicia. She was also a greatly loved sister to Grace.

A funeral service to celebrate June’s life will take place at Grantham Crematorium on Tuesday, 15th October 2024, at 12:30 pm. Attendees are kindly requested to wear bright colours in honour of June’s vibrant spirit. Family flowers only, please.
