Passed peacefully after a long illness bravely fought on 11th March 2021 aged 68 years.

Margaret Bailey

Margaret Bailey aged 87, living in Grantham, passed away on 4th March 2021 at Lincoln County Hospital.

Margaret was born on 7th January 1934 in Erdington Birmingham, daughter of George and Violet Day. Margaret was a widow who had an interesting life having lived variously in Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Ilfracombe, Exeter, Horncastle, Leeds and, latterly, Grantham.

She is survived by her 4 children Terry, Keith, Madelene & Caroline plus 10 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

Margaret’s funeral will take place at Grantham Crematorium on 23rd March at 2.30pm courtesy of Price and Son Funeral Directors.

Given the difficulty of the current lockdown rules, Margaret’s family have requested that willing parties make donations to the British Heart Foundation or JW.org rather then send flowers, or send donations to the Price and Son Funeral Directors who will make the donations on your behalf.
