It is with great sadness and heartbreak that we announce the sudden passing of our beautiful beloved daughter, sister, Granddaughter, Niece and cousin, Chloe on the 2nd January passed away peacefully at home aged 21 years.
A celebration of Chloe’s life will be held at Grantham crematorium on Friday 7th February at 12:30pm, family flowers only please, donations to a charity to be decided would be greatly accepted, we as a family request no black to worn
