The Much loved daughter of Mandy & Jaymie, sister to Adrian, the most amazing mum to Jesse and Granddaughter to Linda, After a hard battle, Sam is now free from pain and at peace.
She will always be missed by all of her family and friends, a smile that lit up their lives.
