A great friend and work colleague very sadly lost.
Lots of good memories of someone who helped me a lot along the various work paths that we travelled over recent years.
Linda always brought practicality and realism to a task along with a good dose of humour to smooth the way and which kept all our feet firmly planted on the ground.
We had some great times over the years and Jill and I will never know how you coped with me some of the time!!
Thank you for everything Linda. You may no longer be with us in person but you will not be forgotten.

The Linda I will always remember was a very funny and charismatic woman that made you feel at ease with a smile and cheeky grin from the first meeting, when Linda visited us in Germany in the seventies she was about 8 months pregnant as was Ilona my wife we had a great time although the girls could not drink they were always laughing. We lost contact for years as I was serving in Germany in the recent years we got back in touch when we moved back into the village 4 years ago and we had a few times together with families and things had not changed we will miss you Linda your smile and waves when walking the dogs, the chats in the supermarket or over the fence gone but never forgotten forever missed

My dearest bessie friend of over 40 years we were always there for each other, we laughed we cried together, we spent many lovely caravan holidays and always a 1.30 chat on a Sunday catching up on the week . I will never stop loving you and thank you for being the best friend in the world . Love you so so much ❤️❤️❤️
