Lee Towsey

Lee passed peacefully with his family by his side, after fighting such a brave battle. He was a beloved husband, son, father, brother and uncle.

Lee will be remembered for his love of golf and motorbikes, his strength, humour, and his ability to drink at least 10 cups of tea a day.

He will be deeply missed by all.

Elizabeth ‘Lizzie’ Shaw

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lizzie Shaw, aged 32.

Lizzie is now reunited with her mother, whom she loved dearly.

A beloved daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend, Lizzie will be remembered for her laughter, sense of humour, and the joy she brought to those around her. She had a way of making people smile and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Lizzie’s funeral service will take place on 10th June at 1:30pm at Grantham Crematorium.

Formerly of Cherry Willingham passed peacefully but suddenly on the 8th May 2026, aged 88 years.

Terrence Pulfrey

Terry Pulfrey, 90, passed away peacefully in Grantham Hospital, Lincolnshire. Terry fought such a brave battle and is now finally at peace.

He was surrounded by his loved ones.

Terry was a loving Husband, devoted Father, proud Grandad and Great-Grandfather who meant so much to so many. He will be remembered for his strength, kindness, love, and the special memories he leaves behind with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Beryl, his children Lynne and Amanda, his grandchildren Mathew, Stephen, Debbie, Melissa and James, and his great grandchildren Azalea, Calleigh, Freddie, Zara, Reggie, Belle, Freya and Barney.

Michael ‘Mick’ Charles

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Mick Charles, a much-loved Husband, Dad, Brother, Grandad and Great Grandad, who passed away peacefully on Tuesday 5th May, his 84th birthday, after a brave battle with liver cancer.

After 62 years of love, companionship and cherished memories with his devoted Wife, he will be deeply missed by all who knew him. There is comfort in knowing he is now at peace and free from pain.

Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones at this incredibly difficult time.

The family would also like to express their heartfelt thanks to the wonderful teams at St Barnabas Hospice, Macmillan Cancer Support and the NHS District Nurses, who cared for Mick with such compassion, dignity and kindness during a very difficult time.
