Passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family on 13th Feb 2019 at Grantham hospital aged 49 years.
Loved adored and greatly missed wife of Paul, deeply loved devoted and the best ever mum to Tammy & Yasmin. Devoted & loving Nanny Brack to Mackenzie-Michael & Mersey-Mae, loving sister to Jacqueline, Michael & Alan. Mother in law to Graham & Kaz and Aunt San to all her extended family and very many friends.
Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 6th March 2019 at 12:30 pm at Grantham crematorium chapel followed by interment in the cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if desired are for the work of the British Lung Foundation and may be forwarded to Price & Son Funeral Directors or given on the day.
