Passed suddenly after a long time of illness on 4th November 2020 aged 45 years.
Dearly loved daughter to John & Julie and step daughter to Leslie, dearly loved mum to Georgie, loving sister to Leanda & sister in law to Paul, Auntie to Kenan, Owen & Maisie and partner to Alex.
Funeral service to be held at Grantham Crematorium on Monday 7th December 2020 at 1:30pm. Flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers are for the work of Addaction and can be given on the day.
