Passed with his devoted family beside him at St Barnabas Hospice in the hospital on Friday 1st September 2023 aged 86 years.

Funeral service to take place at Grantham Crematorium on Wednesday 27th September 2023 at 2:30pm, family flowers only please, donations in memory of Pat are being collected for Cancer Research Uk and The Dogs Trust and can be given on the day, if attending the funeral service please feel free to wear bright colours.
