Funeral service to take place at St Andrews Church, Horbling on Friday 27th October 2023 at 11:00am, followed by a private Committal at Grantham Crematorium, family flowers only please, donations in memory of Jaci are being collected for the work of St Barnabas Hospice & Marie Curie and can be given on the day.
