Nance Cummings Wray

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Nance Cummings-Wray, affectionately known as “Nance/Nancy” to all who knew and loved her. Nance peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, 21st May 2026, at the age of 66.

Born in Freetown, Sierra Leone on 7th April 1960, Nance was a devoted woman of God who loved her family, community, church, and most of all, our Lord and Saviour. She was a truly wonderful person, known by all for radiating boundless love and kindness to everyone around her.

She is survived and deeply missed by her three devoted sons – Paul (m. Esther), Peter (m. Rhianna), and Philip (m. Brianna), as well as her cherished grandchildren, family members, friends, and congregation.

Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we praise God for her beautiful life and take great comfort in knowing she is now resting in eternal peace.
